Our Manufacturing Process

It all starts with sourcing the best raw materials. We work with trusted suppliers to obtain only premium surfactants, enzymes and other specialty ingredients to include in our detergent formulations.
These components are then precisely measured and combined in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities. Our computerized production lines blend the ingredients in exact ratios to create optimized detergent formulas.
During production, our detergents undergo multiple quality checks to ensure consistency and efficacy. Samples from each batch are tested in our on-site laboratories to guarantee they meet our strict standards for cleaning performance and fabric care.
Once the detergent is confirmed to be up to our specifications, it moves down the lines to be packaged into bottles, jugs, or boxes. These are then labeled, sealed, and prepared for shipping.

Laundry Care Guide
Doing laundry should be simple, not stressful. Our handy guide makes it easy to get optimal results every time with Perwoll® detergents.
Follow Garment Care Labels
- Always check clothing tags for specific washing instructions to avoid damage. Look for symbols indicating bleach safety, drying method and maximum wash temperature.
Sort Clothes by Color and Fabric
- Separate lights, darks, colors and delicates/handwash items into different loads. This helps prevent dye transfer and maintains the integrity of fabrics.
Pre-Treat Stubborn Stains
- For best results, apply a targeted pre-wash stain treatment like Perwoll® Oxi Booster or Enzyme Booster directly on set-in stains 10-15 minutes before washing.
Use a High Efficiency (HE) Detergent
- HE washers require low-sudsing detergents, like our Perwoll® HE formula, to avoid oversudsing and operate properly. Check your machine manual.
Follow Dosing Directions
- Add the recommended amount of detergent based on load size and soil level. For very dirty laundry, boost cleaning power by adding an extra dose directly into the drum.
Wash in Cooler Water
- Washing in cold or warm water with Perwoll® saves energy and helps clothes retain color and elasticity compared to hot washes.
Skip Fabric Softener on Towels
